The classic Aperol Spritz recipe is so easy you really don’t need a recipe at all!

Here’s what you’ll need for the classic Italian cocktail: 

• 2 parts Prosecco (dry Italian sparkling wine) 

• 1 part Aperol 

• splash soda water (I use sparkling water like San Pellegrino) 

• squeeze of fresh orange 

• wedge of fresh orange for garnish 

• lots of ice
